After considerable thought, I have a few principle goals for Islaformosa.com.
First, Islaformosa.com is a portal to my current pages in SITE MENU. I will be developing several additional pages containing the top links for various fields in the SITE MENU section. If you would like to submit some suggestions, please feel free to do so. The suggestions for areas so far are indicated in the menu to the left.
Also, I am currently in the process of designing a collaboration area for Taiwan-centered English teaching material. To facilitate this sharing I have created the SHARE AREA which has a portal START, a calendar of upcoming ESL events, a discussion GROUP and a document (DOCS) upload/download area.
My goal is to establish a huge repository of handouts and teaching aids for adult student teachers in the SHARE AREA. Furthermore, I would like the material to be freely available to all. So join up and start sharing Word and PDF documents.
Over the years, I have created a lot of digital material on my own.
Lots of it can be adapted and modified. I believe the best way to do
this is to provide it to you, my site visitors! Why reinvent the wheel?
Hopefully you will be able to find what you need right here and change it to suit your needs!
If you have an event, put it on the public calendar. Eventually, I'll make a page to show the output. Finally, there is a GROUP section for any discussions.
All you need to join any of these areas is a Gmail address. Send me an email indicating you are interested and I'll invite you to the SHARE AREA.
This is obviously very ambitious so I hope to be done within a few months so be patient, bookmark me and come back once in a while.
